About

Nazo Moosa has a 20-year track record of investing in enterprise software and deep technologies. She was part of the founding team of the European technology fund of The Carlyle Group where she invested in growth and buyout strategies across three funds. As its Managing Partner, Nazo went on to launch the investment activities of Europe’s first dedicated cybersecurity fund. She continued to invest in cybersecurity and other foundational technologies to maintain a secure, resilient, and clean energy infrastructure as Managing Partner at EIP, a multi-stage fund with $3 billion assets under management. Nazo has collaborated with Paladin on multiple occasions and has previously served as a Senior Strategic Advisor to its funds. A selection of her investments include Secure Code Warrior (Paladin co-investment), RangeForce (Paladin co-investment), 42 Crunch, Hometree, Studytube, Balabit (acquired by Dell), Omada (acquired by CVC GRO), and P&I (acquired by HG Capital).

In addition to her investments, Nazo has served on various publicly listed, private and public sector boards including the Charity Commission and Arts Council England. She was an independent investment committee member of the RTF, an early-stage fund focused on the GCC region, and before joining Paladin Capital Group as Managing Director to lead the organization’s European activities, she served as a Senior Advisor to Paladin Capital Group since 2017.

Nazo received her Bachelors in International Economics (summa cum laude) from UCLA and her MBA from Columbia University.
