Looking back at what made Semperis so attractive when we initially invested in the company, a few key themes remain true today:

In the wake of high-profile cyberattacks like those attributed to the Volt Typhoon and Salt Typhoon groups, attackers are exploiting legacy systems built over 20 years ago that were never designed to withstand today’s advanced threats. In fact, nine out of ten cyberattacks today exploit vulnerabilities within Active Directory. Organizations are realizing that it’s not a matter of if their systems will be targeted, but when.
